Design Project Brief
Your task is to design appropriate marketing materials for yourself or a creative project which you will use within the duration of this course. The brief will be bespoke to each individual and will be agreed with the course tutor in advance of production during a ‘greenlight’ session.
Research a definition from NY University:
Creative research is creative production that produces new knowledge through an interrogation/disruption of form rather than creative production that refines existing knowledge through an adaptation of convention often characterized by innovation.
Discuss this definition and then research materials which inform, underpin your chosen approach to a design project and provide an explanation ‘why’ you have chosen this approach and ‘how’ it is useful to your proposed project ideas.
